Dave, great info, as usual. Very helpful. May be obvious, but I’m not seeing an answer to a question I have–how can the author or Book Funnel distribute copies of the book (ARCs) before the book is publishe? Before the book goes live on Amazon, there is no product to give to team members so that they can post those early reviews. Thanks.
