I wonder if you ever tried brand24.net for that?

Trademarking is a very complex and expensive ordeal. Not expensive in setting up, but expensive in trying to enforce. In truth, don’t worry about trademarking….unless you’re uber famous/rich and have LOTS of money and assets you need to protect.

Is’nt it necessary for an author or a blogger to trademark their unique keywords like the one you have kindlepreneur, which is very unique. ‘Google Alerts’ and ‘Mention’ for sure does a beautiful job in tracking the word activity in the internet ocean, but it does not ensure some one stealing or misusing your identity as it is not registered as a trademark. Would highly appreciate your take on that question.

I should certainly have gotten notified about other things like guest posts, interviews, and so on, that I’ve done. It’s really frustrating… I will look into Mention, thank you for the recommendation!

It’s so important to use something besides Twitter’s mention notifications, since more than 30% of overall brand mentions don’t include handles. 😉
